Overtime Calculation Automation

Overview

Overtime calculation automation automatically identifies overtime hours and applies appropriate pay rates based on labor laws and company policies. The system tracks when employees exceed standard work hours and calculates overtime compensation according to federal, state, and organizational rules.

Rate Application

• Applies correct overtime multipliers
• Calculates blended rates for multiple pay rates
• Handles shift differentials
• Manages premium pay scenarios
