wAnywhere AI Facial Detection for Time Tracking

AI Facial Detection Technology

wAnywhere integrates AI-powered facial detection to verify employee presence and activity during remote work, providing organizations with confidence about team productivity and time accuracy.

How It Works

Camera-Based Verification

The system uses the device's camera to:

• Detect when employee is at their workstation
• Verify identity periodically
• Track presence vs. absence
• Generate real-time activity updates

Activity Classification

Combines facial detection with:

• Keyboard/mouse activity: Determines active vs. idle time
• Application usage: Tracks what software is being used
• Screen activity: Monitors work-related activity
• Presence verification: Confirms employee at desk

Real-Time Updates

Provides instant visibility into:

• When employees are logged in
• When they're actively working
• Break times and duration
• Leave periods
• Aux time (auxiliary activities)
